This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from blendissimo.store.

1. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During busy periods, product launches, high order volume, or supplier delays, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Rates

We currently offer free standard shipping on Blendissimo Portable Blender Bottle orders, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Digital products, including recipe guides and PDF downloads, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for physical products:

7–15 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier service, customs, local delivery conditions, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Destinations

We ship to the countries available at checkout.

If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.

5. Fulfillment Partners

Some Blendissimo orders may be fulfilled by trusted third-party logistics or fulfillment partners. This helps us process and deliver orders efficiently.

Your order may be shipped from a fulfillment location outside your country, depending on product availability and destination.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number by email.

You can also use our Track Order page once tracking information becomes available.

Please allow a few days after shipment for tracking updates to appear.

7. Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Blendissimo is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned packages, or lost orders caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us immediately at hello@blendissimo.store. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed.

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@blendissimo.store with your order number.

For damaged products, please include clear photos or videos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review the case and help find a suitable solution, such as replacement, reshipment, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

9. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Depending on your delivery country, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We recommend checking your local import rules before placing an order.

10. Digital Product Delivery

Digital recipe guides are delivered electronically after purchase.

If you purchase a digital product, you will receive access to your download by email or through the order confirmation process.

If you do not receive your digital download email, please check your spam or promotions folder first. If you still cannot find it, contact us at hello@blendissimo.store.

11. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability, fulfillment location, or product type.

You may receive separate tracking numbers for different parts of your order.
